There was a review on the two outlines, Bartholomae and Elbow ways of writing an essay. Start thinking about actual drafting the essay which should focus on organization. This is the time to think how we will organize our essay. One idea is to complete an outline. Outlines are methods or structures to organize thoughts and arguments. Different methods of oulining like Roman Numeral Method (topic, support, evidence, free write outline (list various areas and free write about them, about not being invested), think about the main idea, evidence, analysis, link to next sentence (intro: who, what, where, when why, and then using the meal idea-main idea, evaluate, analysis, link to next sentence), method of oulining based on telling and showing (tell-your observations, show-use evidence to support that evidence. each paragraph should have 3-4 of both).
